Wednesday Morning

Not much news. Again things are about the same. Bob's breathing is continuing to get more and more shallow. But he appears comfortable, and not in any distress. I'm by his side, as is our dog, Bridgette. She guards him, and growls if she's not sure about someone who gets too close to him.

Thanks again for everyone's concern and thoughts. I couldn't make it through this without each of you.

I'm sure Bob feels that much more comfortable and safe with his special ladies beside him.

Thanks for the updates, Carol. I check every day for news.

Grace is slow, deliberate, and thoughtful.

It's infused in every breath Bob takes. It lives every time you hold his hand, tell him you love him, or Aunt Frankie gives you a hug, straightens the sheets, wipes his brow. It's there every time Bridget nuzzles up against Bob, every time Candice pops in and stands with you, loves on Bob.

Bob's wrapped his big ol' loving arms around you and walks with you everywhere you go. He knows how to love you and is doing so with every ounce of energy he can muster. He knows, in every cell of his being that you are there for him and with him.

Grace is kind, patient, and whole in the middle of all the heartache.

Grace is alive and well in your home right now.
